Brenda Schwartz

Director of Administration & Special Projects

Brenda is a proud, fourth-generation Oklahoman who began her career at the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2007 as the Director of Operations assisting with the opening of the Gaylord-Pickens Museum. Now as the Director of Administration and Special Projects she manages the organization and retention of administrative documents and special projects related to the Oklahoma Heritage Association and Oklahoma Hall of Fame, Inc.; the board of directors, and Gaylord-Pickens Museum Store.

Brenda received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and then began a career in state government serving as support staff for former Governor Frank Keating, Lt. Governor Mary Fallin, and then as Deputy Chief of Staff for First Lady Cathy Keating which sharpened her interest in serving her state through work in the non-profit community.

Brenda has served on the Infant Crisis Services Board, Yukon Community Education Advisory Council, and volunteered for numerous other political and volunteer efforts in the community.

Brenda, her husband Colby, and two daughters live in their hometown of Yukon. They enjoy taking weekend trips together to explore Oklahoma, and attending OU football or Thunder Basketball games.

  • Sunday and Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Closed on July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
