Joe Heaton

Joe Heaton is a native of Alva, Oklahoma, who presently lives in Edmond with his wife, Dee Anne. They have two sons, Andrew and Adam. Heaton has served as a United States District Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma since 2001. He previously served as U.S. Attorney and First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District. He was also a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where he served as Minority Leader for three years. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Tim Leonard: Son of the Panhandle

Tim Leonard was born in the Oklahoma Panhandle, a unique and open stretch of land. He went on to earn a law degree and serve in the U.S. Navy, including as a military aide at the White House during President Lyndon B. Johnson's administration. Leonard continued his public service as Minority Leader of the Oklahoma State Senate, U.S. Attorney, and federal judge, earning respect for his integrity and perseverance.
