Born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, David L. Russell is the grandson of a pioneer of one of Oklahoma’s land runs. Russell has been a United States District Judge for more than 20 years, was United States Attorney on two occasions, and served as legal counsel to United States Senator Dewey F. Bartlett. He resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, Dana.
