Dave Gillogly

A native of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Dave Gillogly, received his undergraduate degree in economics and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. After stints in the U.S. Army, the trucking industry, state government as a member of Governor David Boren’s staff, and the oil business, Gillogly served as president and chief operating officer of Express Personnel from 1988 until his retirement in 1999. Gillogly continues to serve on the board of Express and numerous other organizations. He and his wife Millicent, divide their time between Oklahoma City and Silver Gate, Montana, where he pursues the life of a trout bum.
