The Oklahoma Hall of Fame and Gaylord-Pickens Museum, located near Midtown Oklahoma City, is an iconic historical venue for the wedding of your dreams. Here are a few of the special features of the Gaylord-Pickens Museum to consider when selecting a wedding venue:

  • A portion of the rates for the Gaylord-Pickens Museum space are tax-deductible as a donation to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, a 501(c)3 non-profit entity. Please consult your tax professional for application of this benefit.
  • Budget-friendly with flexible date availability.
  • Our historic space options can host groups from 25 to 400 people.
  • 125 FREE on-site parking spaces with easy valet parking options.
  • Four professional catering options.
  • Complete audio/visual equipment availability.
  • Use, set-up, and tear down of our chairs and tables are included in the donation fee.
  • Additional amenities, services, policies, and procedures are outlined in the Wedding Brochure.

Second Floor Foyer

With carved columns, 20-foot ceilings, elegant staircase, and historic marble floors the Second Floor Foyer provides a bold and inviting environment for your ceremony and reception.

Bennett-McClendon Great Hall

Located on the fourth floor, the elegant Bennett-McClendon Great Hall is as beautiful as it is functional for your large wedding parties. With wrap-around windows and great views of downtown, this space can be easily configured for seated meals, buffet stations, bistro tables, and the strategic placement of the portable dance floor!

All of your special details, from the placement of the cake, a microphone for speeches, elevator access, and separate prep-kitchen facilities make the perfect reception space for you and your guests to celebrate your special day.

Edith Kinney Gaylord Garden

The inviting Edith Kinney Gaylord Garden is a perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony and/ or reception space. The trees, greenery, and two 40-foot cascading walls of water provide a comfortable and unique backdrop for your wedding celebration.

  • Seated Reception: 250 People
  • Row Seating Ceremony: 200 People
  • Reception: 350 People
  • Square Footage: 5,000

Oklahoma Hall of Fame Front Steps

The stately Front Steps of the Oklahoma Hall of Fame capture the grand elegance of this historic building, built in 1926. The wedding party will be framed by large carved columns and a dramatic staircase as the guests are seated on the lawn.

  • Seated Ceremony: 350 People
  • Reception: 400 People

Chairs and Tables for the Front Steps are not provided and are only available through a third-party rental company.

Pricing

In having your wedding at the Gaylord-Pickens Museum, you will become a donor to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame. The level of your donation will determine which day you are able to utilize the space. A portion of this donation is tax-deductible.

We are committed to help provide all of the details you need to ensure that your event exceeds your expectations. Please do not hesitate to contact the Director of Special Events with any questions or clarifications. The Director of Special Events must check museum calendar of events to confirm all access and arrival times.

Single Space Pricing

  • WEEKDAY EVENING $2,000 Event Start Time Monday - Friday After 5 p.m.
  • SATURDAY $3,500 Event Start Time After 5 p.m.
  • SUNDAY $2,000 Event Start Time After 10 a.m.
  • HOLIDAYS For weddings on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve, please contact the DSE for a detailed donation outline.

As a benefit of your donation, you receive access to one (1) designated event space outlined in the final contract. Tables and chairs, including set-up and tear-down, and basic housekeeping services following the event are included in the donation amount but are not tax-deductible. To determine the additional value of these non-tax deductible services, please use the scale below:

  • Up to 50 Guests $100
  • 51-100 Guests $200
  • 101-150 Guests $300
  • 151+ Guests $500

Pricing does not include additional fees for event manager and security staffing, dance floor rental, audio/visual equipment rentals, deposits, and other additional services.

Additional Space Pricing

We understand you may desire multiple spaces for the ceremony and reception. Use of any/each additional space does not requite an additional donation, but does require an additional event set-up fee. Tables and chairs, including set-up and tear-down, and basic housekeeping services following the event are an added fee and not tax-deductible. To determine the additional fee for these services, please use the scale below:

  • Up to 50 Guests $100
  • 51-100 Guests $200
  • 101-150 Guests $300
  • 151+ Guests $500

Exclusive Catering Partners

The Oklahoma Hall of Fame has exclusive catering partnerships with four caterers that you are encouraged to contact directly. One of our approved caterers below must be selected for food and beverage service. The caterer will provide all necessary service items (dishes, stemware, flatware, etc.) as well as specific menu and alcohol service staffing needs.
