Bailey Gordon

Director of Development

Bailey Gordon joined the Oklahoma Hall of Fame team as Director of Development in 2014. A fourth generation Oklahoman, Bailey is proud to promote our great state and raise funds to allow the organization to continue to tell Oklahoma’s story through its people.

Bailey has focused her career in the nonprofit industry and joined the organization after working in development for Allied Arts and the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation. She has experience working with annual fund drives, a multi-million dollar capital campaign and employee giving campaigns. Bailey is a graduate of Oklahoma State University as well as the University of Oklahoma, where she received her Master of Business Administration.

An avid volunteer, Bailey enjoys giving her time to organizations that promote the arts and culture in Oklahoma. Bailey is a member of the Plaza District Association Board of Directors and enjoys volunteering for the Plaza District Festival as well as Festival of the Arts in downtown Oklahoma City.

Bailey enjoys traveling and sharing her love of Oklahoma wherever she goes. When she is not attending a production at the Civic Center or a Thunder game, Bailey likes to bake (and eat) chocolate chip cookies and spend time with her family and friends.
